A: We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). However, we often accommodate last-minute requests—just give us a call!

A: While we can’t always guarantee same-day service, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A: We understand life happens! Please give us at least 24-48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel without any fees.

Q: What is your satisfaction guarantee?

A: We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority!
